Net Asset Value Limited (NAV) requires that all the visitors to our site(s) on the Internet (the "Site") adhere to specific rules and regulations. By accessing the Site you indicate your acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms and conditions as set out in this statement. Certain sections of the site will require you to sign NAV's comprehensive Customer Agreement prior to utilisation of related services.

NAV maintains this Site to provide you with information about your investments. Your access to and use of the Site are subject to the terms and conditions below and all applicable laws and regulations. From time to time we may revise these terms and conditions.

You may copy information from the Site for your personal use only, provided that each copy includes any copyright, trademark or service mark notice or attribution as they appear, on the pages copied. Availability of Services and regulatory requirements
Not all of the products or services described on the Site are available in all geographic areas. Please refer to specific legislation in each country. You may not be eligible for all the products or services described. NAV reserves the right to determine the eligibility for any product or service.

To the best of its ability, NAV will apply accepted and reasonable procedures to prevent unauthorised information being disclosed to persons located in, or resident in, jurisdictions which restrict the distribution of such material. Nevertheless persons accessing these pages are required to inform themselves about and observe any relevant restrictions.

NAV's Asian headquarters are located in Hong Kong and are thereby regulated by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong (SFC). Individuals or companies licensed by the SFC to operate in the securities business are obliged to comply with the relevant legislation, and the Code of Conduct formulated and published by the SFC. Investments and investor risk
NAV will use its best efforts to include accurate and up to date information on the Site, but NAV make no warranties or representations as to the accuracy of the information. You agree that all access and use of the Site and its contents is at your own risk. By using the Site, you acknowledge that we specifically disclaim any liability (whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, third party or otherwise) for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site, (even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages) including liability associated with any viruses which may infect a user's computer equipment.

Security, Data Privacy, Passwords and Access Codes
Upon registration with NAV you will be provided with an access code and asked to select a password. It is your responsibility to keep these confidential and to notify NAV and your IFA as soon as you are aware that they may have become known to unauthorised persons. If you give the access code and password to other persons, you are responsible for any charges, payments or other liability that may arise from these persons having access.

Any communication or material you transmit to us via the Site or Internet electronic mail is on a non-confidential basis and may be used by NAV for any purpose within the limits of our "Online Privacy and Client Confidentiality" statement.

In the event that you have availed yourself of services that require the completion of the NAV Customer Agreement, if any conflict between the terms in this 'site usage' statement and the terms in the Customer agreement arises, the terms of the NAV Customer Agreement, assuming it is effective, shall prevail.
